Meet some of the fairyland folk that live in the enchanted woodland...

There are a great many characters living in the world of magic, here are just a few of them some you've already been introduced through the stories of The Bluebell Fairy and her friends in "Do You Believe in Magic?"

Spectrum (Wizard King)

He is the wizard king and great spiritual master of this world and it is him who oversees the work of everyone caring for the forest. He makes sure that everyone is looked after and everyone loves him because he is so kind and generous.
He has tremendous power and magic and can create anything just by wishing it to be so. He can change into any form and can also change the form of anything else.
He is very old and very wise and knows pretty much everything there is to know.
Noone has ever seen his face.

Music Makers

Music Makers have a very important job, and there are many in the enchanted woodland.
Some are gnomes, some are pixies, but most of the music makers are either leprachauns or elves.
The music makers make sure that the sounds in the forest are calming and peaceful so that the trees never feel agitated and decide to  uproot themselves and walk off. This would be disastrous because without the trees there would be no forest.

The Primary Colour Fairies

Magenta, the red fairy, Cyan, the blue fairy, and Yellow the golden fairy are known as the three primary colour fairies.
They were sent to the forest as a gift of love from passing shooting stars, the sun gave them warmth and spirit, and the moon gave them light and the power to create.
These special fairies are the first fairies above all the others, and it is their job to teach the other fairies how to create  colour and how to make all the beautiful patterns that you see on leaves, trees, flowers and even the feathers of the magical birds that live in the enchanted woodland. They also make the perfumes and scents for the flowers and plants.
They don't have wings like the other fairies because they don't need them, they can move from place to place by just wishing themselves there. They work very hard and are very busy so much so that they are rarely seen by anyone.
When they are close together their special fairy auras blend and they produce rainbow lights.

Flavia (Pixie)

Flavia is a pixie and is the sister of Ashleaf or 'Pixie-Dough' as his friends have nicknamed him.
Flavia is very fashion conscious and she works with the colour fairies as a flower and fashion designer.
She is very highly opinionated and does not mind telling others what she thinks, but she does so in a way that does not offend anyone. She questions everything that she does not understand and always asks for advice when she needs to.
Like all Pixies she is very friendly and likes to laugh alot, and have fun with her friends. Her favourite colour is green and she wears nothing else.

Ashleaf (Pixie Dough)

Ashleaf is a very well known Pixie in the enchanted woodland and has  many friends, who all admire him.
He is very friendly and enjoys the company of others immensly. He is outgoing and likes to play alot of sports, but this was not always so. He used to be shy and kept to himself until he decided to change things to feel better about himself.
His favourite thing besides playing sports is eating Appletree pies and sleeping by the Silver Lake of all Reflections.
He is the best mushroom jumper in the forest, and is the Pixie team's nutball captain.

The Bluebell Fairy

Violetblue is the Bluebell fairy.
She is very social and friendly. She loves her work as she gets to work outside all day in the sunshine.
Sometimes it is a little tiring for her as there are so many bluebells to paint but then she often stops for a cup of tea with the cookmice or stops to chat with Flavia, who she says is her 'style guru.'
She is an ambitious fairy and besides wanting to become a great dancer so that she can lead the Pyramid Flight at the annual Colour Lantern Ball, one day she would like the opportunity to design flowers. She has recently been promoted to a colour fairy.

Cheslam (Wizzoe)

Like all other pixies, Cheslam is headstrong and likes to get what he wants. He is very competitive and does not like to be beaten at anything.
He is also a 'Wizzo' which is a wizard in training. He is  very clever, and adventurous and one day he will become a great wizard. Because he is so clever he has alot to learn about his abilities and he sometimes needs reminding that he is not the most important being in the forest and that others are just as important.
Cheslam is learning to be more grateful and appreciative of what he has, which is not easy for him.

The Gnomes (All 5,693 of them identical)

There are many many gnomes in the forest and most of them live by the labyrinth paths that lead to the Diamond Waterfall. Behind the waterfall is a cavern where extra magic is stored, this extra magic is important because it keeps the enchanted world safe and protected.
The Gnomes are responsible for keeping the location of the Diamond Waterfall hidden and to make sure that no one finds it, especially the young Wizzoes, who are in training and not yet powerful enough to handle any of the extra magic (but try telling them that!)
All Gnomes look the same, and the only way to tell them apart a bit is by their hats. Gnomes are very quiet and seldom talk, but if you get a gnome to laugh it is infectious and if not careful can have you rolling around on the floor for days.

Leprachauns

Leprachauns are very special magic beings, and nearly all of them are Music makers in the enchanted forest. It is their job to compose the melodies and lyrics for the beautiful sounds in the forest.
They also make and care for the instruments that the magical beings use to the play the songs, and they train the birds to sing them.
The other job of the Leprachauns is to look after the glittering sunlight dust that creates rainbows. If you were ever to get your hand on a pot of gilittering sunlight dust you would be very rich indeed in our world because it looks and feels like real gold.
Leprachauns are very wise and friendly, and they do not care for much else as long as everyone is happy and having fun.
